How credits work
What happens to unused credits?
Your plan adds its credits every month. Unused monthly credits roll over once, for one more month. Purchased credits last 12 months; trial credits never expire.
Which credits get used first?
The ones that expire soonest: last month’s rollover, then this month’s, then purchased credits, then any trial credits left.
Can I change plans?
Upgrade any time and get Pro’s full monthly credits right away. A downgrade takes effect at the end of your billing period.
How do I cancel?
From Plan & credits in your account. Your plan runs until the end of the period you paid for. Purchased credits are kept.
What does “early access” mean?
We’re still tuning how many credits things use. What we promise is the number of credits, and any price change will be announced ahead of time once early access ends.
